Nirali Vaghani

On July 16, 2026, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns with Nirali Vaghani’s practice and/or conduct in the areas of Controlled Acts Pelvic Internal Examinations, Treatment, Clinical Reasoning and Documentation. The ICRC provided Nirali Vaghani with the opportunity to improve their understanding of these areas by reviewing relevant standards and resources, completing learning activities and participating in practice supervision / mentorship. Nirali Vaghani agreed to complete this learning through signing a voluntary Undertaking.

Through the Undertaking, Nirali Vaghani has agreed not to list pelvic internal exams as a rostered (authorized) activity with the College until a practice supervisor has been approved. Nirali Vaghani is not permitted to provide pelvic internal exams until the supervision/mentorship program has begun.

An Undertaking is a commitment by a registrant of the College to address concerns about certain areas of practice and/or conduct that have been identified by the ICRC as areas requiring improvement. An Undertaking does not represent a finding of professional misconduct or incompetence, and it is not disciplinary in nature. As required by law, the College must publish notice of signed Undertakings on the public register. This notice will be removed from the public register if and when the terms of the signed Undertaking have been successfully completed by the Registrant.

• is not permitted to provide pelvic internal exams without an approved practice supervisor
• cannot to list pelvic internal exams as a rostered (authorized) activity with the College until a practice supervisor has been approved
