This is a summary of any charges or findings under the Criminal Code of Canada or the Health Insurance Act since July 1, 2015, or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act since May 2018.

As reported to the College, on April 23, 2026, in Waterloo, ON, Eddy Phachanhla has been charged with:

2 counts of assault with a weapon s.267(a) CCC
1 count of assault - choke, suffocate or strangle s.267(c) CCC
1 count of mischief - interfere with any person in lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property s.430(1)(d) CCC

As reported to the College, on September 21, 2026, in Waterloo, ON, Eddy Phachanhla has been charged with:

2 counts of failing to comply with their release order

As a condition Eddy Phachanhla must:
