Charges Laid – February 12, 2020
Charges Reported to the College – February 19, 2020
(1) From the 16th day of August, 2019 to the 26th day of August, 2019, inclusive, Sanjay Amrutkar did sexually assault Ms. A contrary to Section 271 of the Criminal Code.
(2) On or about the 6th day of August, 2019, Sanjay Amrutkar did sexually assault Ms. B contrary to Section 271 of the Criminal Code.
STATUS/FINDING: Additional charges have been laid since Sanjay Amrutkar resigned from the College. Additional information can be found on the public register for the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia or by contacting the Chilliwack Provincial Court and/or the Surrey Provincial Court of British Columbia.
