Federal or Provincial Findings of Guilt

This is a summary of any current federal or provincial findings of guilt against this physiotherapist. This applies to all findings made by a court after April 1, 2015.

Mr. Mazur was found guilty of the following offence on March 1, 2018.

1. That he did operate a motor vehicle while his blood alcohol was in excess of 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
