On August 10, 2016, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee identified concerns about Mr. Fenwick’s professionalism in relation to his communication with a patient and Mr. Fenwick’s practice for obtaining consent. The Committee determined that these concerns were significant enough to require Mr. Fenwick to appear before a panel of the ICRC to be cautioned.
