On December 17, 2024, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns with Ruta Janson's practice in the areas of fees and billing, and breaching terms, conditions and limitations on their certificate of registration. Given that the registrant has previously resigned the ICRC asked the former registrant to confirm that they would never apply or re-apply for membership, registration, licensure or similar status with the College as a physiotherapist or for a license to practice physiotherapy in Ontario.
