Public Register Notices
SCERP
On January 26, 2017, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) identified concerns about Shirin Keshwani’s professionalism and communication, particularly with regard to her approach to managing challenging interpersonal situations.
The Committee determined that its concerns were significant enough to require Shirin Keshwani to meet with a coach and successfully complete an educational course approved by the Registrar as part of a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Program (SCERP).
APPEAL STATUS: Ms. Keshwani sought a review of the ICRC's decision by the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB). HPARB issued its decision on July 18, 2018 and the ICRC's Decision was upheld.
