This is a summary of any charges or findings under the Criminal Code of Canada or the Health Insurance Act since July 1, 2015, or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act since May 2018.
- On March 11, 2025 this individual was found guilty of impaired operation of a motor vehicle s.320.14 (1)(a). As a result, they were ordered to pay a fine and not operate a motor vehicle for one year. The charges were reported to the College on February 5, 2025
