Fitness to Practice Hearing Outcome
On January 26, 2010 Ms. Donna Fitzpatrick was found to be an incapacitated member of the profession by a panel of the Fitness to Practise Committee. The definition of incapacity can be found in section 1.1 of the Health Professions Procedural Code which is Schedule 2 of the Regulated Health Professions Act.
As a result of this hearing there will be active terms, conditions and limitations on Ms. Fitzpatrick's certificate of registration if and when Ms. Fitzpatrick resumes practice as a physiotherapist.
Ms. Fitzpatrick is not able to practice as a physiotherapist at this time
