Charges

On August 27, 2019 Karen Day was charged with the following:

Karen F Day

on or about the 26th day of August in the year 2019 at the Township of West Lincoln in the Central West Region did operate a conveyance while their ability to operate it was impaired to any degree by alcohol, or a drug, or both, contrary to section degree by alcohol, or a drug, or both, contrary to section the Criminal Code.

Count 2

And further that

Karen F Day

on or about the 26th day of August in the year 2019 at the Township of West Lincoln in the Central West Region did, within two hours after ceasing to operate a conveyance, have a blood alcohol concentration that was equal to or exceeded 80 mg of alcohol in 100 mL of blood, contrary to section 320.14(1) (b) of the Criminal Code.

Finding

Karen Day pleaded guilt to both counts.
