Martyna Garbaczewska
This is a summary of any charges or findings under the Criminal Code of Canada or the Health Insurance Act since July 1, 2015, or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act since May 2018.
As reported to the College, on October 3, 2025 in West Parry Sound, Martyna Garbaczewska was charged with:
- Operation while impaired CC 320.149(1)(a)
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus CC 320.14(1)(b)
As a condition Martyna Garbaczewska must:
- Attend court at the specified times
- Notify the specified contacts of any address changes
- Have their drivers licence suspended for 90 days and have their vehicle impounded for 7 days
