This is a summary of any charges or findings under the Criminal Code of Canada or the Health Insurance Act since July 1, 2015, or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act since May 2018.
As reported to the College, on February 27, 2024, Kiran Pannithodiyil Bhaskaran has been charged with:
- Two counts of sexual assault (section 271 of the Criminal Code)
- One count of voyerism (section 162(1)(c) of the Criminal Code)
As a condition Kiran Pannithodiyil Bhaskaran must:
- attend Durham Regional Police Station at 77 Centre Street North, Oshawa, in person and fill out the change of address form within 24 hours of any change in their residentail address
- not communicate, associate, directly or indirectly, with the witness
- remain 100 metres away from any place of residence, employment, education, place of worship or any other place the witness is known to be
